This policy explains what information JSB Training & Nutrition ("we," "us") collects through this website and how we use it. We're based in Sarasota, FL.

What we collect

• Your answers on the coaching application, which may include optional health or injury notes you choose to share.
• Your name, email address and phone number.
• Messages you send us by email or social media.

Why we collect it

We use your information only to review your application, contact you about coaching, and provide coaching if you become a client. Health or injury notes are used only to make your plan appropriate for you.

Who processes it

We use a small number of service providers to run the business:

• Tally for the application form.
• Cloudflare for website hosting and privacy-friendly analytics.
• Stripe for payments. We never see or store your full card details.
• An email provider to send and receive email.

Each provider handles data under its own privacy policy.

We don't sell your data

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not set cookies. Our analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics) is cookieless and does not track you across sites. Embedded or linked services such as Tally and Stripe may use their own cookies under their own policies.

Keeping and deleting your data

We keep your information only as long as we need it to review your application or coach you. To see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, email jsbcoaching@proton.me and we'll take care of it.
